Terms of service

This website is operated by Qorvo.

Qorvo is a trading name, a sole trader operating in the United Kingdom.

Our contact details are:

Address: 29 Wolves Ln, London N13 6DS, United Kingdom
Email: support@qorvo.shop
Telephone: +44 7828 749 511

In these Terms, “Qorvo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. “You” and “your” refer to the customer or website visitor.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply when you access qorvo.shop or purchase a product from us.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The information you provide is complete and accurate
  • You are legally capable of entering into a contract
  • You are authorised to use the selected payment method
  • You agree to these Terms

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, materials, prices and photographs are accurate.

Because our products are handmade, minor variations in texture, measurements, pattern placement and finish may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily defects.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. Such differences do not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

The total price displayed at checkout is the amount payable for the order. Standard UK delivery is currently free.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we may contact you before accepting or dispatching the order. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

You agree to comply with PayPal’s applicable terms. Qorvo does not receive or store your complete PayPal account or payment-card credentials.

Payment must be authorised before an order can be accepted and dispatched.

6. Orders and contract formation

After placing an order, you will receive an automated acknowledgement. This acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A sales contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept the order earlier.

We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch for legitimate reasons, including:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • The delivery information is incomplete or invalid
  • We identify a pricing or product-information error
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity
  • We cannot deliver to the requested address

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Inventory errors can occasionally occur. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and provide a full refund for the unavailable product.

We do not substitute products without your agreement.

8. Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and are estimated to arrive within 2–4 working days from the order date.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Please review our Shipping Policy for complete information.

9. Delivery information

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed after dispatch.

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you nominated to receive them.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support@qorvo.shop. We will try to cancel the order, but this cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.

We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return period. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage.

Different rules apply when a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy before returning a product.

11. Website use

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with its operation or security
  • Introduce malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
  • Copy or exploit website content in violation of applicable rights
  • Submit false, misleading or abusive communications

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business or the website.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original photographs, product copy, graphics and other original content are owned by us or used with permission.

You may use the website for personal shopping and reference purposes. You must not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, marks and services remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Third-party services and links

Our store is hosted using Shopify and payment services are provided by PayPal. Delivery services are provided by Royal Mail.

Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the content or availability of unrelated third-party websites linked from our store.

14. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
  • Breach of your statutory consumer rights
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

If you purchase as a consumer, we supply products for private use. We are not responsible for business losses arising from consumer purchases, subject to applicable law.

15. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.

If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise disruption. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business operations or legal obligations.

The Terms applying to your purchase will ordinarily be those published when you placed the order. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen.

17. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

18. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and rights available under the laws applicable to you. You may bring a consumer claim in the courts available to you under applicable law.
